Better Next Days uses the information you provide to deliver requested resources, administer purchases and respond to enquiries. Contact us through the contact form about privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests.

A resource request uses your email address. The contact form asks for your name, email, enquiry and optional order number. Checkout collects the information needed to process and record your purchase, including billing details and order information. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or medical records through a form.
Resource delivery and order messages are separate from optional article updates and book promotions. When a subscription option is offered, its purpose is stated beside the form. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential messages about an existing purchase or enquiry.
The site uses WordPress and WooCommerce on Elementor hosting. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs. Essential cookies can maintain a shopping cart, a checkout session or a signed-in account. Blocking them may prevent those functions from working.
Authorised service providers process information needed to run hosting, email delivery and payments. Information may be processed outside your country. We limit access to people and services that need it for these purposes. We do not sell your contact details.
We retain order records as needed for accounting and legal obligations, enquiries as needed to resolve and document them, and subscription records while needed to honour your choices. Some records may have to be retained after a deletion request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an information request.
Use the contact form and select Other enquiry. Explain what you would like us to review without including sensitive records. We will consider the request and explain the outcome. Your local privacy regulator may also offer guidance or a complaint process.
